As a Personal Trainer, I believe everyone's fitness journey is individualized. Through creative programming and using a variety of equipment, together we will make your training the highlight of your week and remind you how wonderful it can feel to work up a sweat.
Meet Tina
My name is Tinamarie Neudeck, and I’m here to empower you to take ownership of your health, movement, and fitness journey. I care deeply about people and their wellbeing, not climbing the corporate ladder. After years of working closely with my own trainers and health advisors, my calling is clear. My background in dance, gymnastics, coaching and general healthy lifestyle-living make training the perfect medium for me to take my love for helping others to the next level. Health-focused living can be a joy and a source of comfort, instead of a burden or a chore. I want you to take back this moment and find power in your purpose, as I have done through my career in training. Together, we’ll make your training the highlight of your week and remind you how wonderful it can feel to work up a sweat.
